3.8 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 17/20
Iíve said it before...anything from Murrayís is glorious. This beer is special. It has a fantastic golden look. What I love most about this beer is the strong spice hop finish. You can even capture the spice in itís aroma.

3.8 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
Golden amber with lasting thick white head. Floral spice and citrus hop. Aromatic and at 4.5% a good drinker.

3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
Clear golden in the glass with a massive white head, over carbed if anything. Sweet grassy/flowery hoppy nose with some tropical fruit in there to boot (the Cascade I guess), very nice, typical APA. Firm up front bitterness, light malts and hop flavours. Full flavoured but light, without being watery. Very nice, I suspect that it would be a good warm weather session beer.

3.5 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
330mL bottle. Pours a clear gold with a persistent large frothy white head that leaves some nice lacing. Strong resinous, slightly floral aroma with some caramel. Flavour is hoppy but not quite as bitter as expected, medium sweetness with some mellow fruit flavours. Medium bodied, heavy carbonation, creamy with an increasing bitter finish.

3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
UPDATED: OCT 30, 2010 From a 330ml bottle on 29/1/2010. Has nice spicy/grassy aroma. In the mouth, some pleasant malt notes are evident, and it has a refreshing citrus tinged bitterness which lingers for quite a while. Definitely tastes a lot bigger than 4.5%. Rather a nice drop.

3.3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 14/20
UPDATED: MAR 30, 2011 Pours amber with an off-white head. Good head retention. Aroma of grass, cardamom, pine, nectarine. Flavour starts malty and quite sweet. Long, moderately bitter finish. Hints of English as well as American PA. Have had some less good bottles, some with rather sticky heads. (10/2010) [3.6]
Huge white head, massively overcarbonated. Aroma is subdued and the fruit and spice flavours are less distinct. Pleasant enough, but not the beer it was.

4 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
UPDATED: JAN 30, 2010 Re-rate: 31/1/2010 Top-class APA. Aroma is fruity and spicy, with apple, grass, and a hint of caramel. Taste is predominantly bitter, and long-lasting. Silky palate, with medium body. Orange colour, with a frothy white head.
11/6/2009: Bottle 330ml. Very good one. Aroma is intense, with grass, and pine. Flavour starts sweet, with a long bitter finish. It has medium body, and feels oily in the mouth. Amber colour, with a thin but frothy head that lasts long.

3.6 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Bottle. Pours a slightly hazy, light amber colour with a white head that dimishes quickly to a surface ring. Aroma is hoppy and floral with notes of citrus, caramel, pine and malt. Flavour pretty much mirrors aroma but is a little lighter than expected, both in flavour and body. Still another very nice beer from Murrayís and a good Australian version of the APA.

3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20
For 4.5% this is quite flavourful. A cross between an english pale with soft floral tones and a bit more agressive APA with the citrus and pine. Malt is light and smooth. Looks a little weak though. Good solid easy drinking.

3.8 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Bottle. Pours with a white dense-frothy head and a hazy orange body. Hop driven aroma and flavour profiles with passionfuit predominant. Finished with a moderate biterness that permeates the whole mouth, but doesnít linger.
