Based loosely on the traditional Belgian Wit beer style, our filtered wheat beer is made from malted and unmalted grains, spiced with coriander and orange peel and a touch of native Australian Yellow Box honey. Murray’s Sunland Wheat pours with a pale golden colour and a compact white head. The citrusy aroma is backed up in the mouth with ripples of coriander and orange peel tartness and a clean, smooth and refreshing finish. This filtered beer offers a crisp, clean alternative to unfiltered and heavier bodied wit’s and hefeweizens.

Pale colour with a good head. Sweet and a little sars like. Somewhat cloying too. OK though.

On tap at the Pub With No Beer. Pours a pale yellow with a white head. Made with yellow box honey the bartender says. This beer has an awesome honey aroma and a nice citrus taste. Quick finish and refreshing. Unique and delicious. Am told that it is 4.5% ABV. This is the lightest beer sold here, but is still very rich and flavorful. If you can only visit one place for great beer in Australia, this is likely the place. Worth the drive.
