Handcrafted by Murray’s exclusively for Port Stephens – in anticipation of our relocation to Port Stephens Winery in 2009, as we’ve run out of room at Taylors Arm! Light, spicy and refreshing – a Belgian Witbier with our own hallmark twist. 4.5% alc/vol. Great with fish and chips. Available on tap only at Port Stephens Winery. Or in 330ml bottles from Port Stephens Winery and select outlets in the Port Stephens peninsula.

Sitting at the taphouse on flinders st. Nice refresher on a warm day. Fruity banana like notes. I dig it.

Pours a hazy copper color with a decent head that fades to some lacing. Aroma of citrus , caramenl sweetness and bit of grain. Taste of mild citrus and fruit with a bit of caramel sweetness. Mild bitterness and a clean finish. Moderate body, quite smooth with a decent balance.nice beer good for a few.

Tap at the brew house in manly. Pretty boring wheat beer. Mild floral hoppy aromas with a spicey yeasty taste to it. Not much else going on. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Dissapointing from Murrays, has a nice fresh floral citrus aroma that is quite uplifting and pleasant, doesnt translate strongly enough through to the taste which is sessionable but lacks interest. Palate is thin and a little bitter but finishes way to quickly. Aroma and flavour characteristics have potential, just needs to be ramped up a bit.

More American style wheat than a wit. Some hops and orange peel. Slightly thin and watery. Cloudy yellow color and rather bland

Very average. Far too light, lacks much body and leaves you craving for some flavour. Not one I will be having again.

Nice, wouldn’t say this beer is anything special ,good summer session beer . I wonder if they use honey in this recipe as I could definitely get a sweet honey flavour.

Bottle (330ml). Bright straw yellow with a huge diminishing pillowy white head. Light grains and lemony citrus on the nose. Light bodied on the palate with a fizzy mouthfeel and slightly sour flavours on the tongue. Quick finish.

Murray?s has done a pretty good job with this one. The beer pours a hazy amber- brown with a big fluffy head that dissipates pretty quickly leaving a thin collar. The aroma has a light orange note. Taste shows a strong malt backbone with biscuit and bread flavours. There?s enough hops to provide a grassy / floral note. It?s not going to knock your socks off, but it?s a nicely balanced ale.
