piscator34 (966), Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada Feb 6, 2006 Medium gold in colour with no carbonation. Aromas of light honey and apricot. The flavors are lightly sweet, with some notes of alfalfa and a mild nutty quality. Light bodied to the point of being a little on the watery side. A middle of the road mead. GonZoBeeR (2029), ste-Eulalie, Quebec, Canada Oct 1, 2005 Aroma:dry aroma, hoeny and white wine...
appearance:clear gold.I think its ok for a mead...
Flavor:very dry,alcohol and honey...
Not bad... MartinT (4458), Montreal, Quebec, Canada Oct 1, 2005 Potent honey sweetness titillates the nostrils, along with its fruity, bubblegummy candied friends...Flavor somewhat disappoints though, not being as rich as the aroma had pronounced...Aftertaste is dry and slightly alcoholic, but the alcohol remains well-hidden for this size...A competent, classy mead which fails its dessert-y objectives, imho...
