Saveur: Goût de miel. Long arrière goût. Palette: Corps moyen avec une texture huileuse. Arrière goût astringent. (Rating #107)

Sep 16, 2004 Pours very light and clear.Some of the same aromas as Forest some sharper honey notes. Cheesey or slightly more yeast. Modest fruit and creamy but dry. Good assertive tart. Sake/Peach flavours come to mind. Very much like a white wine with honey accents. This mead finishes very dry in comparison.

Jul 27, 2004 Practically transparent, fairly dry, like a white wine particularly in the finish. Did not inspire me but it was not unpleasant.

Jul 25, 2004 Chewy , sticky mead aroma . My friends noticed aged cheese . I could see that . Soft and subtle . Clear ,light , gold . Oily , creamy body , rather dry , mead . Light and drinkable.

Jul 6, 2004 Hazy, very pale yellow. No carbonation. Creamy, sharp cheese aroma w/ mild honey overtones. Medium, somewhat viscous feel. Flavour of honey, soft cheese, & white wine. Dry Finish. Moderately complex.
