L'oie des neiges, 750ml, 11% alcool The snow goose stops at Cap Tourmente each year during its migration. A strong long-flight bird,it expends a lot of energy and comes to the shores of the Saint Lawrence to rest and feed.Like the snow goose, our bees also expend a lot of energy, flying from flower to flower to gather the nectar which goes into the production of our l’Oie des Neiges mead. Probably the oldest fermented drink known, mead was traditionally drunk by many peoples on all five continents. It is evoked eloquantly in numerous folktales and mythologies scattered all over the world. The Gauls considered it a drink which imparted strength and gaiety.Served chilled, it has a delicate flavour. Serve as an aperitif or in a cocktail. Add blackcurrent or raspberry liqueur (1 part liqueur to 3 parts mead). Your first glass awakens the perfume of summer, the second brings to life a gentle warmth, and with the third you can almost hear the buzzing of the bees.
