Bottle. Two finger extremely bubbly off-white head that very quickly was goon. Good lacing. Clear sparkling body, right up until the last bit of beer was poured into the glass. Then it became quit hazy. Colour was amber. First a lovely aroma of floral notes appears, and then turns into fruit, caramel, spice and burned notes. Medium bodied with an average carbonation. Flavour was light bitter notes with good balancing sweetness. Light bitter finish.

Very nice and supprising beer. Deep orange appearance with a thick dense light orange head. Very fresh aroma of sweet oranges/clementines. Flavor is hobby bitter at first, but then sweet acidic in a very plesant and refreshing way. Palate is extremly smooth aswell. Dry ashy finish, overall a really nice everyday brew with lots of character

3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
Deep orange, hazy with a moderate/OK head, that quickly disappears. The aroma has notes of fruit, aroma hops and light sweetness. I do not know how a steam beer is supposed to taste, but I like this a lot better than the Anchor Steam Beer. The flavour is full, has a light sweetness, fruit, aroma hops and a nice bitterness and a citrussy touch in the long finish. A really nice one!

3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
Bottle, DBF 2005. Hazy amber, low white head and gentle condition. Pleasant citrus hop notes with a touch of earthiness in the nose, gentle sweetness in the mouth is tempered by a good citrus hoppiness that lingers into the finish but still retains some sweet caramel notes.
