Maria (3975), Thisted, Denmark Jan 5, 2007 Golden with a lot of sediment and a nice head. The aroma is fruity and sweetish, and even before I taste it, I know that this is good. It has sweetness, freshness, fruit, spice and a light citrus bitterness. It’s harmonic with a nice balance. Couldn’t have been brewed any better in Belgium - well done! Love_Caissa (873), Copenhagen, Denmark Mar 12, 2006 The guys at Musikbryggeriet continues to impress me. This tripel is just by the book: Fruity, hoppy, spicy, and yeasty. What more could you want? HenrikSoegaard (3029), Randers, Denmark Aug 6, 2006 Bottle. Creamy white excellent fully lasting head. Yellow colour. Fantastic abricot aroma. Nice powerfull flavor, long finish. A little watery palate (as for trippel). rane (359), Nibe, Denmark Mar 5, 2007 Bottle. Colour dark yellow with medium white head. Aroma is dominated by notes of apples and yeast. Taste follows aroma with a lot of apple juice and a good sweetnes. A very nice tripple that matches the belgian ones good. Quite dominated by alcohol in the finish.
My first beer from daCapo but certainly not the last one. jbrus (4117), Delft, Netherlands Aug 27, 2006 Bottled. Sweet aroma with pineapple, apple and hints of pepper. Hazy, yellow color, small white head, fair lace. Sweet, light bitter, very fruity, dough, peppery. Sticky, warming and the longer you wait the more it burns. Lovely.
