THis beer offers taste and smoothness. Goes well with chicken and sitting out on the dark or inside near a fire. I love this beer

Looked appealing if a little darker than expected but the aroma was hoppy and the drinking smooth. This was on tap and improved as it warmed a little.

Nice fruity notes, hints caramel. Smooth and mild come to mind. Not watery like Sleeman cream ale, this is much better

It is a good all around beer. It is my ’home’ beer, brewery is only 20 minutes away. A local pub makes Cheddar and Ale soup with this, very very good, I give the soup a 5 star...hehe.

Draught: It pours a darkish colour with a nice white head. Goes down very smooth. Has almost a nutty taste to it. Very agreeable with chicken.

UPDATED: JUL 31, 2014 Kupene v LCBO/ Toronto plechovka. Pena ziadna. Farba ako javorovy sirup. Vona nadherna, sladko orieskova, voni ako Tiramisu. Citit javorovy sirup a jablkovu stavu. Chut je o nieco menej intenzívna ako vona. Plná skladova chut s jemnou horkou dochutou. Servirovat s Tiramisu. Lahoda hmmmm Purchased in LCBO / Toronto can. Without any foam. Color as maple syrup. Smell gorgeous, sweet and nutty, smells like Tiramisu. Feel maple syrup and apple juice. The taste is slightly less intense than smell. Full flavor of malt with delicate bitter aftertaste. Served with Tiramisu. Delicacy yummy

UPDATED: SEP 12, 2010 341ml bottle from my Ontario Craft Brewing mix-pack. Pours a deep golden colour with a small white head, that quickly subsides to a spotty surface-film. The aroma is sort of grassy with a fair amount of malts, sort of mixed and not overly distinctive. The flavour is pretty much all malt, with a very creamy texture, and a hint of something sweet, tastes like, strawberries? Wow, that’s odd, but interesting. The mouth-feel is smooth and creamy, with just a slightly rough edge to it from the carbonation. This is actually my first real cream ale, I haven’t read amazing things about them, but I was still interested in the style. I think it’s still kind of a cool beer. Smooth and tasty easy drinking. Edit: Canned version of the past year or two is head and shoulders above the old version. Way more hops with a richer malt backbone. This is my go-to Ontario session brew.

473ml can. Pours a copper-red colour with an off-white head which sticks around for a while. Smells bittersweet, with citrus and malt, and some candy-like aromas. Tastes sweet. A great beer, would recommend for sure.

Ver nice cream ale. Has a gorgeous color when poured. Strong cereal notes which really pop when on tap. Its best asset is the strong floral notes which are left on the palate.
