Sweet malty aroma, nice dark brownish red colour, Sweet with a bit of a roasty finish. Thin body. Not mind blowing but I could easily polish off a pint or two of this in a night.

Slightly sweet scent - malty aroma. Faily dark in the glass - dark brown/red. Retained its head well after the pour. The taste is different from the smell - a slightly tart taste - slight sweet, with a bitter/burnt after finish. Not a very strong taste - slight watered down.

(Bottle) Pours a light and dissipating head, and a brownish-red body. Scent of roasted cocoa and malt. Tastes of coffee and smokey malt. Sweet and slightly watery...

This is my first Muskoka product. I’ll have to say that I really enjoyed it. Dark like the bottle it was in. Had a faint aroma to it. It had a burnt taste which was okay. It was full of flavour and sweet at times. I would buy this one again. I can’t wait to sample more from this brewery.

Clear, dark chestnut w/ rapidly dissappearing head. Light aroma w/ hint of chocolate & coffee. Feel is a little thin. Rich malt flavour w/ notes of molasses & chocolate. Spicy finish. Flavour became slightly meaty as the beer warmed.

Roasted malt aroma, clear ruby colour, creamy toffee head. Roasted malt flavour, hint of caramel. Pleasantly bitter too. Good mouthfeel, well balanced. A very nice brown ale.

Chestnut brown. Apple and coffee aroma. Lightish body, fairly dry, rather complex, but perhaps on the edge of feeling thin.
