3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Had this in a 473 ML tall boy in Aurora. I'm pretty sure that I had it before in Muskoka. It is a seasonable IPA at 4.3% ABV but well hopped with some malt and mild sweetness. Very enjoyable on a hot Canadian afternoon.

3.5 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Hazy straw/golden color with a good amount of activity. Creamy frothy white 1 finger head, lasting around 10-15 minutes, with strong legs.
Aromas of fruity tropical fruits, caramel, and a floral bouquet (faint a little). Flavors of zesty citrus including lemon, lime, orange, and with some hints of peach, caramel, roasted grains, and floral/herbal spices. Powerful zesty lemon taste. Well balanced sweetness and sharpness.
Slick full body with prickly carbonation. Medium strength finish, ending with a slightly dry feel of fruity hops, roasted malt, and heavy sour zesty spices, although still ends pretty clean and not lingering.
Overall this is a good craft offering decent flavors that are well balanced, while the lemon is the real star here. Acceptable freshness for the style with a slightly flat feel. A little strong of the spices but still nicely sharp and crispy like drinking a lemonade. Good session IPA in a hot summer day.

50 cl can. Pours a clear yellow with white head that disappates quickly. Aroma of dirty dish cloth. Taste is bitter and citrusy. Palate is fizzy and almost spicy. Overall it is the smell that is putting me off. I will try again and rerate if needed.
