Minimal aroma - some notes of malt and hoppy citrus. Hazy golden colour. Flavours of wheat malt and a little bit of orange. Medium-light body with mild carbonation. Not the most flavourful beer, but definitely a great one to sip on a porch. I would buy a again.

Muskoka Summerweiss can. Pours a hazy orange/yellow with a half finger head that thing quickly. Aroma has great notes of orange citrus, wheat, a touch of candy sugar, and a hint of bubblegum. Taste is balanced. Slightly sweet with orange citrus, bread, candy sugar, banana, bubblegum, and slight caramel at the end. Medium body and carbonation. Slightly syrupy in the mouth with a mildly dry finish. Overall tasty. Orange citrus, candy sugar, bubblegum, banana, and caramel sweetness.

Bottle at the Pumphouse, Richmond, as Muskoka Summer Weisse
Dark blond color, just hazy. Tired malts, and very low bitterness, seems too old.

Smells of cloves, bananas and sour bubblegum. Tastes sour, with more banana and gum, a bit of lemon and more spices. Surprisingly sour.

Golden and hazy. Smells wheaty, has strong clove flavor and medium body. Good carbonation, not too hoppy, not too dry, easy to drink.

0.473 can as Muskoka Summerweiss. Cloudy, yellow color and a small, instantly vanishing head. Nice, classic aroma of bananas, wheat, bubblegum, and a hint of citruses. Taste is sweet: wheat, spices, cotton candy, and a note of fruits. Medium body, slick texture, and a soft carbonation. Finish is also rather sweet and seems somewhat chemical with the cotton candy flavor; also, a note of bitterness is left behind. Overall a mediocre beer, refreshing but unbalanced.

It pours hazy gold with straw highlights; the head is off white and foamy. The aroma has notes of: wood, cracked wheat, and bubblegum. The taste is light sour; there are notes of: banana, bubblegum, and sourdough. The palate is medium light bodied with medium carbonation, and a medium finish. Overall, it’s alright.

Sizzling summer afternoon pour brings this cottage country stab at the style. Pour is disappointing with an underwhelming cap that vanishes quicker than Stephen Harper’s toupee in a wind storm. Nose is solid hefeweizen. It’s a little unbalanced on the tongue, with the clove-versus-banana balance of the style clearly spilling over onto the banana side. Very refreshing & pretty damn tasty. This glass is going down very quickly. Gets blown out of the water by the best-in-class Side Launch but still a fine brew.
