Got from 12 sample pack lcbo. Grapefruit, lemon citrus pine, smooth with bitter hop finish clean and crisp, a decent ipa.

3.5 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
355ml bottle. Green hoppy aroma, some lemon and grapefruit. Centennials stand out. Pours a rich gold colour with decent amounts of head and lacing. Good bitter bite to the first sip and lots of resiny hop flavour coupled with a roof-of-the-mouth malt taste that gives it a certain earthiness. Drawn out dry, bitter finish. A solid IPA.

4.1 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20
Aromas are very hoppy with lemon and grapefruit accents. Strong and pleasant noze. Long lasting creamy head that sticks on glass. Gold color. Lightly cloudy. The attack is full grapefruit with very strong bitterness; just the way I like it. Very round and oily texture. Finish is bitter; hops are doing the job. Excellent IPA

3.8 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
Bottle. Aroma was bright citrusy hops, grapefuit, lemon, orange zest. Flavor was pleasantly hoppy with a good malt backbone. Lots going on in this beer. Super solid IPA. Worth checking out.

@Mondial de la Bière 2012, Montreal - slightly hazy blond beer with a little foam left; a decent flowery hoppiness; a good malt body; slightly sticky and with a good bitterness; pretty dry and long bitter hoppy finish

Draught, Winking Judge. Light amber with a gentle sparkle. Decent head. Very earthy, mushroomy hop nose. Earthy with some slight caramelly character and crystal malt.

3.2 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
500mL can, sent from wilco (thanks Mike), pours a hazy golden with a big white head. Aroma of piney hops, slight citrus notes and a crackery malt backing that is well-pronounced. Flavour brings out citrusy and piney hops mainly, with a slight herbal quality, with a thin crackery malt backing simply for balance. Easy drinking and refreshing, though nothing overly impressive.

What a great looking, great smelling and great tasting beer. Lots of juicy citrus and peach aromas with some pine too. Sweet, sugary malts with juicy fruits up front. A sharp bitter finish. Just delicious stuff

Pint ordered at Brother’s Beer Bistro in Ottawa, Ontario on 06/05/2012. Colour: Medium-light yellow with generious white head. Nose: The hops play lead fiddle on this one showing grapefruit, tanins, old barn and herbs. Taste: Medium-light sweet, medium-heavy bitter, light sour. Lovely basket of Centenniel and Chinook. Citrus comes on late again with grapefruit and lime and there is a deep piney finish. Quite tasty!

473ml can from wilco. Golden pour, lightly hazy. Big white crown of clingy foam on top, frothy and rocky, generous lace. Big citrus nose, pine, oranges, pineapples, very fresh. Big sharp hop flavour shows pine, grapefruit and orange notes. Light malt sweetness beneath, faint fruity character deep in there. Long bitter finish with grapefruit and a bit of pine lingering. Medium body, smooth mouthfeel with relaxed carbonation. A solid IPA with good visuals, big drinkability, and nice hop character and bitterness.
