Poured from bottle. Nice rich amber pour crowned with a nice head. Head dissipates into a nice lace. Pronounced cascade aromas accompanied by pine.. Unfiltered appearance, particles floating in glass ( shaker ). Nice and bitter up front, bit of grapefruit, with a little bit of pine again. The beer finishes off into a nice mellow flavour. Glass is nicely laced all the way down to the bottom. Full flavour, medium body. Wonderful Example of an IPA. Recommend

12oz bottle. Pretty damn good Canadian IPA. Not quite as hoppy as I would like, but i suspect that’s good for most people.

A quaint head with a rather opaque yellow-orange body. Wow. Quite the olfactory orgasm. Scents of citrus, particularly lemon and dough. It smells akin to a lemon pudding pastry. Mildly thick texture for an ipa. Quite good for taste, but not my favourite. Certainly a lot of hops and carbonation which is nice, but lacking in flavour. There is citrus there, but I have difficulty detecting any other flavours. Still, a good beer.

Very drinkable IPA. Strong presence of hoppy bittreness,, fruity, grassy, with grapefruits, pine and peach. Oily, it makes a great quaffer.

(bottle) pours a clear golden colour with a frothy white head. aroma of wort, earth and caramelized cereals, slightly resinous and perfumed, with a hint of dandelions. flavour is mostly the same, quite worty and resinous, with a hint of alcohol in the herbal-hoppy medium-bitter finish. medium to heavy-bodied with average carbonation.
