Draught at Canoe Restaurant, Toronto
Amber color, with creamy head. Very nice aroma, with a caramel and toffee profile similar to the harvest ale, but also with nice lemony hopping, an impression of Fuggles, and a biscuity touch. Smooth mouthfeel; very good flavor of toffee and caramel, with strong bitterness, providing plenty of resins and citrus fruits; very long final.
Fresh and excellent.

Very pale straw colour with a tight white head. The aroma has light grapefruit and a lot of bright pine hoppiness. Lean and dry malts with a nice bright hoppiness. Moderately bitter, but it’s a very expressive beer. Great stuff really - I feel like I’ll be seeing a lot of this this summer. Finally Ontario has it’s own IPA. Good job Muskoka - I like to see you bringing your A game.

Bottle at the 1st CBC Sunday Tasting. Thanks to Mad Tom. Has a lovely, rich hop mose. Some thick brea, bit of honey, lemon citrus. Medium sweet flavor, sweet bread, light straw, some zesty citrus, pine. Medium bodied with fine to average carbonation. Slight oily hop finish, nice sugars, light orange, light toast. A damn fine IPA.

Decent serviceable IPA. Golden orange colour with initial foamy white head. Mild amarillo citrus orange smell. Smooth mouth feel, though carbonation is right there. Above average orange citrus flavours. Nice one, though unexceptional. The Beer Store.

UPDATED: APR 6, 2013 2011-06-26. No notes, found the hop character to have more tropical fruit along with the citrus. Bit more green hops come out in the finish as the glass goes on. Bit more body than the cask sample, which is to be expected. Lovely. On Tap at Session 2011

2011-06-21. Hazy orange body with a modest frothy white head. 3+ Modest hoppy aroma has an interesting citrus character - orange and tangerine. 7+ Flavour is similar, lovely citrus, lemons, grapefruit, lingering bitterness and lemon seed in the aftertaste. 7+ Smooth average palate is just a touch light but this seems to help make it refreshing. Quite nice, and significantly better than my previous sample. 7/4/7+/3/15+ Cask, C’est What Festival of Small Breweries

2011-07-19. Crisp orange body with a small beige head. Flavour is modestly bitter throughout, interesting fruity character, sort of a mango tropical fruit like character. Light bitterness lingers in the finish. Modest hoppy aroma is similar, mango and fruit. Average palate is lightly carbonated. Okay, but I expected a lot more based on what others had described. I will have to try this one again I think. 6/3/6/3/14 - 3.2 On tap at Volo, Toronto
