Strong hoppy aroma with prominent citrus notes, primarily grapefruit. Opaque orange colour - lack of filtration is evident small particles of sediment. Nice level of bitterness with slight fruity flavour, maybe lychee. Medium body with good level of carbonation. Overall, a fine sipping beer that I will buy again

473ml can. Golden pour, white head. Nice peppery citrus aroma, herbs and pine. Flavor is piney and dry, this is fantastic IPA, so glad I picked one up.

Bottle at tderoeck’s place. Herbal, floral, not much bitterness, or any exotic hops, pretty boring.

Bottle. Amber pour with a soapy white head. Nice hoppy aroma with some toffee malt. Quite a hoppy flavor, lots of citrus and some grapefruit bitterness at the finish. Fairly thick texture, not overly carbonated.

A bit of malt in the nose and palate. Floral hops and just a lot of dry hoppy body. Nice.

Bottle that shorted me 0.5 ounces. This is a piney and citrusy IPA that doesn’t skimp on the hops. Great aroma. Nice malt backbone, but the hops win the battle. A little bitter. Goes down smooth, nonetheless.

Pineapple yellow color. Decent, medium lacing. Cloudy color, looks like juice. Sweats on the outside of the glass. The aroma is woody as hell; lots of pine oil hops. Earthy sawdust malt. Smells a little bit like the inside of a woodshop class. Taste is more flowery and bright; the wood is backed slightly by a spicy citrus (orange rind, tangerine) but it has a serious bite on the back end. The dirt and earth come to the forefront toward the end. The feel is juicy and thick, with a great deal of chunkiness. This is a woody, earthy concoction, with citrus as a tertiary component. It’s not great-great, but it’s damn solid.
