3.9 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
Cloudy yellow pour with thick white head. Floral and citrus aroma. Not a smooth beer, but in this rare case, it was a good thing. Felt like I was eating the IPA rather than drinking, which for IPA lovers is a great thing. Flavor stayed with me for awhile. Goes very well with bread or salty foods

Can from The Beer Store in London Ontario August 2013. Another great example of craft beer in a can and an IPA no less. Floral and citrus aromas delight along with a good body and thick mouthfeel with a late hop burst in the mouth.

3.7 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
On tap at the Ottawa Beerfest. This beer pours the clear copper color I like in a hoppy beer. The aroma is dank, earthy, resinous and pine which wafts from the glass. The taste is bitter pine, earthy with lemon notes. It’s a simple straightforward well-made beer.

Well made with good depth and a fine structure. Sits right in the middle neither being too extreme or too thin for the style with plenty of substance.
