3.9 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
Big bottle with flip top, from the LCBO. Pours a clean golden colour with a big white bubbly head that stays long and creates good lacing. Beautiful fresh hop aromas with notes of citrus, spices and yeast. Very smooth mouthfeel with no traces of burn (alcohol is very well-blended). Citrus taste with oranges, grapefruits, limes. Nice grass, spices and hints licorice. What a great brew from Muskoka (which seems to be adding better and better beers all the time - seasonals). Keep it up !

Very good beer something even the beer snobs would like, Reminds me of the Duvel but much smoother overall much better product. It is delicious.

3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20

4 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
I quite liked this. It poured with a generous head, but as it settled, it gave every appearance of being a cross between a saison and a tripel...definitely on the Belgian scale, with a lot of attention to quality. The fruit (orange peel) was noticeable, as was the juniper. It didn’t leave a strong gin quality, but instead a subtle and intriguing flowery and very summery beer. Good drinking. 750 ml. bought in Toronto.

4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
Very hazy copper orange pour with a bubbly white head that diminished to a thin skimming very quickly. Citrus, booze and a touch of skunky hops in the nose. Tingly ticklish mouth. Lots more citrus. A touch sweet. Flowery. Herby. Hoppy. There’s a lot going on here. It all somehow works together though, really well. Very refreshing while still having a lot of body. A touch boozy in the after taste, which is a positive for me. Really loving this and wishing I had bought more than one bottle. Saddened that this is seasonal. I guess I have something to look forward to next spring.

3.6 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Bottle: Poured a clear yellow color ale with a large foamy head with good retention and some good lacing. Aroma consists of herb and grass with nice floral touch with some spices also noticeable. Taste is a nice mix between some floral and herbal notes with a semi-sweet malt backbone with some spices with peppery notes to it. Body is about average with good carbonation and no apparent alcohol. Interesting though maybe a tad too much of spices to drink on a regular basis.

3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 12/20
Single bottle purchased from a Co-op Liqour Store in Calgary, AB on 06/17/2012. Colour: medium yellow with some clear gold. Enormous white fizzy head that quickly disappears. Nose: hints of Sprite, metal, ? citrus hops, fresh pasture. Taste: medium-light sweet, medium-light bitter, medium-light sour. Just like the nose, everything is quite soft. ? caramel and maple notes, a whiff of smoke and spice, dry and quick finish. I am absolutely astounded that this is marked as an 8% ABV beer, as it is impossible to tell in my opinion.
