Big biscuit and coffee flavours. Short finish.

Mar 19, 2008 On tap. Pours a clear brown?black with a small diminishing head. Sweet with a slight bitterness. Malt aromas of roasted malts and a bit of caramel. Hint of liquirish. Medium bodied. Soft carbonation. Short bitter finish. Thought this one was a schwartzbier.

Feb 7, 2008 (On tap) Clear, dark brown with an orange hue and a small, off-white head. Fairly roasted malt aroma. Light in body for such a dark beer. Hard roasted malt accents also leaving some malt astringency. A very quaffable Porter. 290108

May 27, 2007 Tasted Jan 07 @ Brewpub. Dark black, tan head. Bready nose with a touch of sweet malts. Toasty coffee with chocolate notes. Thin body but great flavour profile.
