500ml bottle from the brewery. Pours a glorious clean golden with a full firm white head. Sweet aroma with warmth, almost linament, rich tinned fruits too. Big warm flavours. Rich, almost syrup-like malt texture and almost a Belgian yeast flavour behind the Manuka with peppery sweetness, angosthura(sp?) bitters comes to mind. Big alcohol warmth too. This is fantastic. I might have a new Mussel Inn fav...!!! More please...
