Draught at Galbraiths (Auckland), a brialliantly clear gold with a filmy head. Juicy aroma. A nice clean palate, biscuity malt with herbal notes to the hops. A very good lager.

beerstore.co.nz. Hazy gold colour with small white head. Balanced aroma of hop and malt. Nice malty flavour with subtle hop in the end. Short in mouthfeel but still a refreshing lager.

Pours a clear yellow with a small white diminishing head. Nice lacings. Sweet wit a light bitterness. Mellow malty aromas of straw and toffee. Nice strong hoppyness with grapefruit aromas, honey and spice. Medium bodied. Medium carbonation. Bitter finish with a bit of honey.

(On tap) Clear, golden with a white head leaving some lacework. Soft, lightly sweet aroma. Medium body with good, clean malts and again a distinct bitter hoppiness in the finish. They certainly aren’t afraid of hops at The Mussel Inn. 290108
