All modesty aside, Mustang Golden Ale is one of the easiest drinking beers we have ever tasted. Brewed in small batches and available only on tap. A smooth, golden ale made with three types of barley, Cluster and German Hallertau hops. 5.3% ABV. 10 IBU’s. Cold-conditioned and carefully filtered for a clear, smooth, delicious beer. Draft. Yep it’s golden. Standard American brew, crispy corn. Anyone read The Omnivore’s Dilemna? Is this another outlet od industrial corn? I doubt that, but one coul probably be led to believe it. The beer is actually well put together, crisp and clean, with a mild finish. All American. (#4152, 6/30/2011)

Bottle from MrBarleywine, thanks for the opportunity! Medium golden color with a decent sized bubbly white head that dissipates quickly leaving a fair bit of stickies on the sides of the glass. Smells of sweet bread, crackers, and just hint too much caramel. Light fruitiness and a barely noticeable floral hop. The flavor is a bit sweet and follows what the nose said it would be. Nothing too objectionable, easy enough to drink but needs a bit more attenuation or less crystal malt, or more hops.

Pretty gold color with white head and fizzy. Light fruity and bready smell. Taste is smooth, fruity and biscuits. Very easy going, very drinkable, you could hang out all day with this one and come back for more. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

12oz. Pours golden with a nice white lacy head. Soap, grain, a hint of honey come from the glass. Easy drinking and low carbonation. Honey, grassy notes, and bread show. Eh nothing special, but decent. Could use a bit more carbonation.

Golden pour with a white head. The aroma is full of grain with a hint of grass. The flavor is similar. I get a lot of grass with a touch of grain and a bit of lemon. Thin mouthfeel and medium carbonation.

12 ounce bottle. Pours a hazy light gold with a small white head. Aroma of grain, malt, and citrus. Taste is corn, malt, and lemons. Good hot day beer. Not much else going for it.
