Delightful daiginjo. Enjoyed at Japonica sushi in Manhattan. Wonderful candyish aroma followed by a fairly dry palate with hints of vanilla, candy and alcohol. At 17% abv, this sake is somewhat stronger than most, so the alcohol burn could have been much worse. Overall, this was a delicate, light sake that’s a pleasure to drink. Worth trying.

Poured a light yellow tint with legs on the glass. Lightly sweet aroma of citrus fruits and vanilla. Taste of mint, fruit, and dry alcohol finish.
