This poured a clear very very pale yellow. The aroma was very smooth with light notes of sweet rice. the taste was also of sweet rice and a hint of fruit. The aroma and flavor were so smooth with neither of them really having any alcohol notes. this surprised me quite a bit especially when I seem to remember the bottle saying 15.5% or something close to that. Great stuff.

Poured still, with a slight yellow tint, sticky legs left on the glass. Aroma of vanilla, some honey, rice, and light tropical fruits. Taste was smooth, rice, koji, vanilla, light fruit, and no alcohol in the finish.
