1.2 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 1/5 OVERALL 3/20 Imaena (848) - Atlanta, Georgia, USA - FEB 10, 2013
Bottle and Draught. This is a simple pale lager that does what you want a beer to do in a tropical climate.
1.8 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 2/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 9/20 olliejobbins (329) - Bedfordshire, ENGLAND - JAN 15, 2013
660ml bottle. Had lots of these whilst in rwanda for 3 weeks. I seem to recall it was better than primus and nice and refreshing. Did drink this 14 months ago. Very carbonated I think?
2.3 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 9/20 manuchampions (1217) - Vancouver, British Columbia, CANADA - NOV 9, 2010
Bomber hand carried back from Rwanda by my very wonderful friend Amanda (you rock). Light pissy yellow on pouring with decent white head. Very sweet lager nose. German style in taste with sharp bitterness but also an unwelcomed cereal (corn) adjunct taste as well. Finish was forgettable. A macro style globo-lager but with some hold over of better German beers that likely preceded it during colonial days.
2.8 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 11/20 JoeMcPhee (7625) - Toronto, ON, Ontario, CANADA - MAR 27, 2010
Found this bottle in the back of my fridge. Bright golden colour. The nose is lightly grassy with a kiss of grainy malts. It’s fairly dry on the finish with a simple earthy hop bitterness.
1.7 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 6/20 Cletus (6182) - Connecticut, USA - OCT 5, 2008
Pours gold with a white head. Smells soapy and earthy with some peppery hints. Tastes sweet and chewy with a slightly skunky finish.
2.2 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 8/20 mabel (5043) - Toronto, Ontario, CANADA - AUG 5, 2008
[1333-20080508] 650mL bottle. Sweet candied corn syrup aroma with a bit of malted candy. Clear, medium orange body with a small long-lasting creamy white head. Sweet candied corn continues in the flavour with bland wheat characteristics. Light-medium body. Not great but decent enough.

2.8 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20 jercraigs (6477) - Toronto, Ontario, CANADA - MAY 9, 2008
2008-05-08. Crisp golden yellow with a massive white head and decent lacing. (3+) Lightly sweet grainy aroma, with a similar flavour of light grains, and a side note of grains that I assume to be the "cereals" noted on the label. Average palate. Touch bland and lacking hops, but dramatically better than I expected. Thanks for sharing Jon! Bottle shared by Jon Walker
3.2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20 DrBeer (825) - Solna Stockholm, SWEDEN - NOV 21, 2006
Golden with white head.
Berry aroma with notes of hops and fruits.
A bit acidic.
Malty flavour with dry and a bit sweet finish.
Somewhat bitter.
1.7 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 5/20 Ungstrup (26268) - Citizen of the universe, DENMARK - OCT 18, 2005
A slightly hazy light orange beer with a nice white head. The aroma is like cardboard, combined with light notes of hops, on a slightly sour background. The flavor is malty with light notes of hops, but also metal - leading to a dry end.
1.7 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 6/20 Jeppe (2631) - Ølbutikken, DENMARK - OCT 4, 2005
A slightly hazy golden beer with a fluffy white head. Pretty full aroma of hop and herb with citrus tones and a dusty touch to it. Thin in the flavor. Grassy and grainy with a bit of hop present. Not bad, just thin and uninteresting.
