Draught at Aarhus festival. Frothy white good mostly deminishing head. DArk amber colour. Light malty and pine aroma. Moderate sweet and light bitter flavor. Average finish. oily palate. Nice experiment this beer is brewed without hopps, only pine is used.

Light unclear amber color with a average to large, creamy, good lacing, mostly lasting, beige head. Aroma is moderate to light heavy malty, roasted, caramel, moderate hoppy, pine needles, spruce. Flavor is moderate to light heavy sweet and bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. Good work Svingel ;o)) (160508)

Jun 2, 2008 Muddy orange beer with a small white head. Perfumed aroma of spruce. Sweet and malty flavour with a sour note.

Jun 1, 2008 Dark brown with a red hue and a nice, creamy head. It’s brewed without any hops, that has been replaced with pine needles and spruce. The aroma has slightly perfumes notes of pine, just like the flavour. It has a full-bodies, smooth, mellow and harmonic sweetness and loads of roasted malt. It’s very exciting and very nice indeed!

May 25, 2008 Århus2008. From tap. Pours hazy dark brown with a huge tan head. Fruity and mild spiced aroma. Flavour is fruity with a mild citrusy twist. Light spiced flavour into the finish with a subdued malt base. Medium sweet finish. Solid and clean.
