Dark brown with a red hue and a nice, creamy head. It’s brewed without any hops, that has been replaced with pine needles and spruce. The aroma has slightly perfumes notes of pine, just like the flavour. It has a full-bodies, smooth, mellow and harmonic sweetness and loads of roasted malt. It’s very exciting and very nice indeed!

Draft at Ølfestival, Århus, 2008. An unclear brown beer with a medium brown head. The aroma is sweet with notes of pine needles as well as a light note of soy sauce. The flavor is sweet with strong notes of pine and spruce, leading to a dry woody finish.
