COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Duften af den mørke mahogni farvede ale er maltet og karameliseret. Elementer der genfindes i smagen. Her går de i fyldigt samarbejde med mørk sødme og en diskret tone af røg, der klinger ud i en let ristet nøddeagtig afslutning.

Tap. 5.6% @ YNWA, Kolding. Pours a muddy brown with no head whatsoever. Aroma is very mild, some caramel peeps through. Flavour is initially very sweet, but blends in some roasted malts as well as som elight berries. Very low carbonation and lightly vinious.

Maria (9963) - Thisted, DENMARK - AUG 5, 2007
Draught at the brewery. Dark brown with a nice, creamy head and the aroma has notes of roasted malt, caramel and some citrus - not very powerful. The flavour has notes of slightly burnt caramel, hops, grapefruit, spicy yeast and a hint of nuts. I would like it to more true to the type, more smooth and not quite this bitter - it is after all a Brown Ale. 2475
