Draught at Aarhus festival. Frothy white fair mostly deminishing head. Dark red-amber nice colour. Light hoppy aroma. Light bitter flavor. Week caramellic. Average finish. Watery palate. A little boring.

Jun 24, 2008 Draught at ÅBF08. Good spicy and roasted aroma. Clear dark brown colour. Small light brown head. The flavour is sweet and sourish, but not unpleasantly so. Roasted aftertaste with a hint of pukey yeast.

May 30, 2008 Bottle from De Dolle Waiter, thanks! Dark brown color, malt and chocolate pudding in the aroma. Caramelly sweet flavor with milk chocolate. Short sugary aftertaste. Just below medium bodied. Decent, but not a prize winner.

May 29, 2008 Sample at Aarhus beerfestival. Medium head with medium duration. Color is brown. Aroma and taste are roast malt and chocolate with notes of smoke.

May 22, 2008 Clear brown with tiny beige head. Malty aroma with mild hoppy notes. Sweet with roasted malt, caramel, hops and mild chocolate notes.
