Bottled@CPH BF 2013. Deep golden colour, small white head. Aroma is nutty, bready and also has some mild fruity notes. Flavour is wooden, bready, caramelly and mild grassy notes. Quite sweet and nicely dry palate. Tasty.

@Copenhagen beer festival 2013. AMber coloured and with a white head, diminishing. Malty aroma, with a faint notes of butter. Sweet, light bitter flavor. Creamy texture and soft carbonation.

Draught at the brewpub. Frothy white good mostly lasting head. Amber colour. Moderate malty and light hopy aroma. Slightly yeasty. MOderate bityter flavor. Dry. Very week caramellic. Moderate bitter average finish. Oily palate. Strange but interesting classic.

Bottle.
Pours clear amber with a nice, creamy, yellowish head. Aroma has butter, caramel, sweetness. High carbonation, mild and light dry mouthfeel. Flavour is very sweet, some caramel, light cardboard and a soapy background note. Not good.

Tap @ The brewpub. Pours reddish brown with a small white head. Aroma of roasted malt, caramel, nuts, grassy hops. Flavor is malt, caramel, nuts, fruity, grassy hops. Thin body, medium carbonation. 201012

Pours slightly hazy deep golden with a off-white head. Aroma has notes of malt, caramel, peach and fruits. Taste is meidum sweet and light bitter with a long fruity finish. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft.

Bottle. Amber colour with a beige head. Aroma is wort, fruit, caramel. Flavour is wort, berries, malt, fruit. Boring beer.

It’s hazy, orange-brown beer with a creamy head and the aroma has notes of malt, caramel and light fruit. The flavor has a light to moderate sweetness and notes like the aroma, and I find citrus in the rather dry finish.

Bottled, thanks fonefan! Hazy brownish amber, rich head. Perfumy nose with some grass and slight butter. Dry with crisp mouthfeel. Lightly fruity with slight caramel and light grassy bitterness. Well balanced and nicely drinkable.
