Jan 4, 2008 (On tap) Very cloudy amber golden with a creamy, off-white head leaving some laces. Sweetish aroma of banana and yeast. Medium body, fairly soft mouthfeel, notes of yeast and banana with a somewhat leathery, astringent finish. Not a big Hefe, but a decent one. 271207

50 cL bottle, thanks to Papsoe. Pours hazy orange with a dense white head. Aroma is wheaty with a dense bubblegum and banana fruity note. Flavour is solid banana. Mild sweetend and with a nice wheat note. Finish is mild fruity and wheaty. Acceptable wheat brew for a guy like me that doesn’t think much of wheat brews in general.
