Black colour with a beige head. Malty, light roasted aroma with notes of yeast. Light roasted flavor with vanilla sweet notes and hints of fruit.

Draught @ Ølfestival Aarhus 2008.
Unclear medium amber brown color with a small, fizzy, fair lancing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, roasted, moderate to light heavy vanilla or more like a glas vanilla. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and light bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is watery, carbonation is soft. (160508)

Draught, 9.6% at ÅBF08. Neon black. Metallic aroma. Quite roasted flavour. Saved by a good sweetness. Still a bit rough. Almost black colour, no head. Acidic aftertaste.

Hazy brown with notes of roasted malt, clove and yeast. The flavour has notes of roasted malt, clove, yeast, vanilla and quite some sweetness. It’s very different from stouts I have had before, to me it feel more like a cross between a weiss and a stout...

Black with no head. Aroma of dried fruit with a hint of bacon smoke. Fruity sweet flavour with just a little roast malt character

Sample at Aarhus beerfestival. Medium head with medium duration. Color is cloudy black. Aroma and taste are sweet and bitter chocolate.

Draught at Aarhus Ølfestival. Muddy brownish colour with a very small head. Aroma and taste of roasted malts, licorice and vanilla. Very disapointing.

Århus2008. From tap. Pours dark brown to black with no head. Roasted to toasted malt aroma. Light fruity flavour with a mild roasted note and light yeasty touch. Flavour is light acidic with a mild spice note and a roasted malt flavour beneath. Ends mild sweet and slight acidic.
