COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This beer is triple pied. Whole pumpkin pies were added into the mash tun. Whole pumpkin pies were added into the whirlpool. We then dry-pied with whole pumpkin pies. It tastes like a pumpkin pie in a beer. Enjoy. Original Gravity: 1.056 (14.0° P) Final Gravity: 1.020 (5.0° P) Apparrent Attenuation: 64.29% Alcohol by Volume: 4.7%

Tap at Panzanella, Carrboro. Thin brownish pour with a thin beige head. Nose is light spice, vegetal pumpkin, cereal malts. Flavor is similar, less pronounced than nose. Watery palate, drinks like a watery brown ale with light spice.
