COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This beer is specially formulated to have the characteristics of a pale ale - a light malt backbone and citrusy hop finish - blended with the characteristics of a white (or wit) beer - both wheat and oats lend to its pale color and frothy head as well as its refreshing flavor characteristics. Since White Tigers are native to India, we added spices to match: white pepper and white cardamom. It lends the beer a crisp earthiness and a complex floral flavor that is both intoxicating and thirst quenching.

Bottle 112 of 500. Hazy yellow pour, huge white head. Big sharp aromas of cardamon, corriander, and grassy hops. Lively mouth feel, lively carb. Medium to high bitterness. Crisp, bright grassy finish. Some light spices, quite refreshing.

bottle, #286 of 500, from the Depot in Hillsborough. Good aroma, sweet. Pale golden yellow color, big head, spotty lace. sweet flavor, light body, thin creamy mouthfeel, lively carbonation, abrupt finish, tad spiced. OK, pepper and cardamom show themselves in the aroma, not as much in flavor. definately crisp. interesting offering. aroma best part. Finding this, this time of year, I dunno, maybe better received in June than December..

Limited edition bottle. Pours a golden color with a moderate white head. Definitely a very spicy nose on this. Hints of sweetness underneath the flavor, though the spice dominates the brew.
