3.6 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Bottle shared by martjoobolut, thanks! 2015 bottle. Pours reddish brown with moderate beige head. Plummy and metallic, caramelly, with hints of strong alcohol like cognac or brandy. Sweet. Soft on the palate, but finishes harsh, pretty boozy. Very nice aroma and flavour, but overall it kinda doesn’t work too well.

3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
750ml bottle (thanks martjoobolut). Clear dark amber color. Small size, beige head, stays. Caramel, plastic, sweet, alcohol, bit of raisins in aroma. Raisins, sweet, malty, caramel in taste. Sweet and spicy hops in aftertaste. Hopping is nice, but rest is tad too sweet for me. But still nice.

3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Bottle from Bacco. Pours brown with a huge off-white head that annoyingly won’t dissipate. Sugar plum aroma. Sweet fruit, caramel and vanilla notes, maybe some brown sugar. Alcohol well hidden. An oddly sweet quad.

3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
Not typical quad, but quite interesting above mediocre. Barley wine-ish maltiness, caramel, some toast, intense fruitiness in all forms, dried fruits, nuts. Mostly sweet with light bitterness in finish. Lovely sipper
