Nice saison, finishing dry and bitter. Aged a bit from Burlington trip. Yellow with mole spore head. Yeast and orange citrus oily hops create tasty drinkable stuff.

Bottle shared with oakbluff. Gold in colour with a bit of haze and strong carbonation. A bit Saison Dupont-like in the aroma department, with elements of honeycomb, pilsner malt, and lemon-lime soda. Kitchen herbs and lime peel in the mouth, with notes of white pepper and chalk. Very dry mouthfeel. Highly drinkable stuff.

The beer is a light golden orange with a white, foamy head. Lots of lacing, good retention. The liquid is fairly cloudy. Solid saison looks. Sweet, bright grain flavor. Classic saison farmhousey character. Light, freshly fruity hops. Sweet lemons, grapes, grass, lemongrass, candied tangerine. A little bit of peppery spice. Yeasty earthiness. More of that bright, sweet grain in the taste. Light citric bitterness. Very refreshing and easy to get through. Fairly dry. Soft mouthfeel. Fairly normal carbonation but light and creamy. Tasty stuff.

on tap at pro pig, waterbury. hazy bright gold pour with a very nice creamy white head offering good retention and strong lacing. honeyed and spicy pale maltiness, peppery wheat, sweet crackers, very fruity - berries upfront, peppercorns, spices and other bitter herbs, citrus and ginger - zest, hint of honey sweetness and candi, phenolic traces and other belgiany angles. average carbonation, light body -oily and fairly creamy - perhaps less creamier and more carb would enhance drinkability, although it finishes relatiovely dry and grassy-spicy-citrusy. interesting offering.
