UPDATED: AUG 26, 2014 Bomber. Pours a hazy orange gold with a foamy, clean white head. Lots of lacing. Aromas of lemon, spice, yeast, pine and light flowery notes. Flavor is lemon, grapefruit, pine, spice, light bread. Light to medium bodied, crisp with a dry, bitter end.

Bottle (thanks to goodbyeohio for sharing)... Poured hazy, amber/copper golden with an easy forming head. Awesome grassy, earthy, resinous hopped nose along with yeast spices. Tasted great. A nice yeasty saison with an added hop character to kick things up a notch. I love Sorachi Ace hops and they work so well with this style. Soft mouthfeel was a nice start for the grassy earthy tones of the hops. Could drink this stuff all day.

Pours a hazy straw color with a big white foam. The nose is grassy yeasty and earthy doughy malt. The palate is balanced with some fruity esters, bitter grassy notes, peppered spice and a light maltiness. Refreshing but slightly creamy and under carbonated on the mouthfeel.

Growler poured into a tulip. Pours deep golden with a lacy, off-white head. Aroma of floral hops, a nice light spiciness, and a good caramel/pale malt character with light wheat. Flavor the same. Average texture. A pretty good beer.

I found this to be a nice beer on a hot summers night at Clover a few weeks back. Great yeasty aroma and poured an appealing hazy yellow, even in a clear plastic cup. The taste was a little blander than I had anticipated, but certainly not off-putting or offensive. Big grainy notes.

750 shared by Nick... Thanks! Pours an opaque brownish yellow with a decent head. Smell is muted, but I did pick up some lemon and yeasty character. Taste is typical for the style, citrus, pickle spices, with a slight hop bitterness. Good carbonation, decent saison.

Bottle from Ball Square. Pours a hazy yellow orange with a huge bone white head that dissipates quickly to a cap on top. Lemon and orange creamsicle aromas up front with a sweet light sugariness and a peppery yeasty funk rounding it all out. The flavor is sweet with candied orange dipped in a mix of honey and pepper. A little bit of biscuit and earthy hop flavor mixed with a general yeastiness rounds out the flavors here. Medium body with a spirited level of carbonation and a slick bubbly mouthfeel. Decent beer, a bit bubbly but tasty on this summer day.
