COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Mystic table beer traces its roots back to a time when water was never an option at the dining table. Beer, as often as 1.5% ABV, was the only drink served to slake the thirst. At 4.3% ABV, Mystic table beer is a slightly more potent table beer. But it retains its namesakes’ eminent drink-ability. Its flavor and texture are derived our house Renaud yeast strain and traditional bottle conditioning. Enjoy with lunch or while swaying in a hammock.

Taps hazy, barely translucent solar yellow with a thick porcelain head. Aroma features sour fruit and crisp malt notes. Flavor offers malty and fruity tones plus a hint of woody hops. Body is average, but fizz is lively. Sit at this table.

750. Yellow gold and looks like lemonade. A lot of dark sediment. A really big white head that is is no rush to fall. A musty lemony aroma and that is tasted. Earth and a little herbal effect. The sediment brings a little yeast flavor but not a lot and there is a sour dough bread thing going on I liked this beer butI kept hoping for more.

Aroma: lightly sour and funky; Appearance: hazy golden pour with billowy white head that dissipates slowly; Taste: light sour, saison-type taste up front followed by a biscuity finish; kind of like the equivalent of an APA for a saison. Very drinkable and would be good with a meal; Palate: light-medium body with long, lightly sour finish; Overall: nice and easy. Would drink again if available but may not seek it out.

Draft at Pastoral bar. Pours golden with an inch of white foam. Kind of fruity in the nose with some nice funky hop notes as well. Fairly funky and hoppy on the tongue. Finished clean. It's a nice beer. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Batch number 23. This was poured into a tulip. Before actually consuming with food, I tasted for myself. The appearance was a hazy burnt to glossy orange color with a one and a half finger white to bubbly foamy head. Quickly dissipated and left a moderately filmy to semi-bubbly lacing sticking to the glass. The smell had some pear and light sweet citrus up front. Semi-sweet Belgian sugar slides into an extremely subtle spice underneath. Vinous initially but evens out as it warms. The taste was mainly the same with the nice sweet dry aftertaste. Sticky vinous in the finish. On the palate, this one sat about a light on the body with a good. sessionability about it. Carbonation feels harsh in the beginning but ends up balancing out nicely. Overall, this was a pretty good table beer. I’d say it worked as a saison. I ended up having a bacon, roast beef and American cheese sandwich with it that tasted real good.
