COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Mystic table beer traces its roots back to a time when water was never an option at the dining table. Beer, as often as 1.5% ABV, was the only drink served to slake the thirst. At 4.3% ABV, Mystic table beer is a slightly more potent table beer. But it retains its namesakes’ eminent drink-ability. Its flavor and texture are derived our house Renaud yeast strain and traditional bottle conditioning. Enjoy with lunch or while swaying in a hammock.

on tap. Slight cloudy yellow, no head. Aroma slight lemons. Tastes briny like oysters mango, dry dusty, slight butter, minerality, fruit juice, slickness with a dry finish. Strange sharp carb, metallic. Flat old keg maybe.

Bottle. Hazy golden liquid with white head. Aroma of red berries, citrus, grain, lemon peel and bread. Taste is very light sweet and light bitter with notes of citrus, grain and red berries. Light to medium bodied with medium carbonation. Pretty good.

Bottle from...hmm...not sure. Gold with chill haze small head and a little lace. Floral aroma with hints of lemon. Mild tropical fruit with hints of lemon tartness slight hint of vanilla not much finish a little watery lacking carbo which is necessary to accentuate the hops and disguise the low abv. doesn’t seem very fresh. Decent enough. Not sure why this is a golden/blond when it says saison right on the label.

Pours white gold with a medium head and lacing. Aroma is funky, citrus, chalk, floral notes. Flavor is similar, carbonation adds a lively mouthfeel. Very nice.

Corked 75 cl bottle @ home. Pours hazy golden with some sediment and a white head that leaves quite a bit of lacing. Aroma and flavour are citrus, spices, straw, and yeast - with a slightly dry finish.

Pour is a lemonaid lookalike with a huge white head. Aroma is lemony with some pepper and spicy hop. Flavor is lemon and spicy hop with a decent yeastiness. Very light though with a loads of prickly carbonation. Finish is gone in a second but altogether refreshing in a way.

Draft. Light golden pour with white lacing. Light citrus, spice and yeast flavors and aromas. Definitely sessionable but not boring.

Tasted at Greg’s honey-themed beer gathering, thanks for sharing Vyvvy. It poured a hazy straw colour with enormous sudsy, long-lasting white foam and Belgian lace. Crisp and grainy with hints of black peppery noble hops. Light body, strong carbonation, dry finish. Perfectly balanced and pleasant to drink, an incredibly accessible saison. Delicious.

Pours dull yellow with a large white head. The aroma has earthy saison yeast, dry pale malt, pear, pepper and coriander. It has a light crisp body with fairly sharp micro carbonation. The flavor starts out with apple, pear, husk, dried herbs, cracker malt and earthy saison notes. The finish has some sulfur and pepper. Really nice session saison.
