COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Mystic table beer traces its roots back to a time when water was never an option at the dining table. Beer, as often as 1.5% ABV, was the only drink served to slake the thirst. At 4.3% ABV, Mystic table beer is a slightly more potent table beer. But it retains its namesakes’ eminent drink-ability. Its flavor and texture are derived our house Renaud yeast strain and traditional bottle conditioning. Enjoy with lunch or while swaying in a hammock.

Bottle shared with Joes, Dutchdrebus, Judyvv and Koen @ "Zunt Om Nog Langer Te Bewaren" tasting (ZONLTB). Hazy pale yellow color, medium huge white head. Aroma is lightly sweetish, a hint of banana and candy. Tastes about the same: yeasty, sweetish, slightly banana and slightly a bitter touch. Sort if mix between a weizen and a saison. Ok beer.

Bottle 750ml. Pours blond with medium white head. Some lacing. Aroma is of cheese, flowers, apples, some farm? Taste is of fruits, flowers. Palate: Light body. Soft-medium carbonation. Overall: Good, but nothing stellar. Just a tad boring? Not one you comtemplate for hours.

pours unclear bright gold with a small bubbly white head, slightly reviving and leaving minimal lacing. lots of fruity and spicy seizohan esters - very yeasty in fact; crackery and spicy maltiness, cider-like fruitiness, honey, lots of chalk and other minerals. average to light carbonation, light body - slightly watery; dry and crisp spicy finish. quenching and tasty enough for its alcohol content. very nicely executed table saison.

Bottle (750 ml). Shared by czar, thanks! Split 5-ways.

Appearance: Clear bright golden with a small white head and little lacing.

Aroma: Grains, fruity notes, mild peppery / spicy presence, honeyed notes and hints of lemon.

Taste: Soft. Subdued Saison character, grains, honeyed malts, mild spiciness, mild lemony presence and hints of grass.

Palate: Light body. Moderate carbonation. Moderately dry finish. Short aftertaste.

Overall: Easy drinking table beer with nice honeyed features. It’s good, but it’s not as flavorful as the best low abv Saison on the market.

Bottle shared by czar, thanks! Pours a clear, light golden with a thin white head that leaves some lacing. Nose is of fruits and pepper, classic saison. Taste is of cereals, pepper, tasty and classic again, fruity and dry. Body is medium and so is carbonation. Overall a fine table beer, really quaffable.

Bottle, as pictured. Pours a hazy cloudy light yellow, white head. Light but definitely a nice yeast character to it. Kinda sour but nothing too bad. Would love to have it again.

Leighton (13853) - London, Greater London, ENGLAND - JAN 4, 2015
Bottle shared on an NYC rooftop - thanks to Phil. Pours unclear gold with a frothy, pure white head. Very nice beer, with pleasant dry sourdough bread, lemony accents and lightly bitter straw. Light in body with average carbonation. Clean and dry on the finish with some dried wheat, yeast, lemon rind and straw. Solid.
