Purchased this beer from my favorite Greek/Italian pizzeria. Cheapest good beer in the store because he wants to promote Greek beer (just like he makes Peroni cheap sometimes). Definately not a bad beer, not too complex or flavorful. Drinkable, sweet flavor with a nice mild taste. Would drink happily again if given to me.

Bottle sampled with Stegosaurus. Pours gold with a white head. Aroma of sweet malts and hops. Grainy, sweet malts, and mild bitter hops.

Slightly skunky but not bad on the aroma side of things .. the predominant aspect being the lack of aroma. Standard, pale pils lager. SLightly hoppy. Easily quaffed.

Enjoyed many of these while I was on the Greek Isles (impossible to find in Athens) and found it very comparable to Heinekin. Slight skunk finish, but over all an easy to drink beer.

Just another mass produced lager. The problem is that is not standing out even as a good lager.

Bottle. Poured a super pale clear straw color with a lot of white foamy head, actually would lace a little. Fragrant grassy hop aroma with a little sweetness to it. A mild flavor reminiscent of an average pilsner, seemed a bit corny sweet up front. A somewhat light body, but this was not all bad.

Bottle sampled with Beerded_one. Pours golden with an average size white head. Aroma of sweet malts and hops. The flavor is slightly sweet with a fair amount of hoppy bitterness. Thin body, crap brew.

taste this yesterday evening, thanks to Leen. Bottle. Golden clear color, minimal head. Grainy, sweet aroma. Flavor is sweetish and grainy, too. light dry bitter aftertaste. Not too bad.

Bottle courtesy(?) of JPDIPSO. Transparent, magnifying and pale brass in color with a tight white foam cap making good for the head. Aroma is skunk on rye. Buttery sourdough crust, cornhusks, flat steel and pilsner malted corn flakes all do their part to attempt in keeping this thing afloat. Hints of herbal magnolias give a slight glimpse of hope. Flavor affirms that we’re in the realm of euro lagers. Liquid cornhusks and tamale wrappers surround steel repercussions. Easy going format but equally offensive at the same time. Medium-to-lighter bodied with an aged hop crispness to fill the bill. Buttery hard rolls with impenetrable crust gains momentum and carries through to the finish, joining a dash of oregano for a bland, spiced muskiness.

Maybe not a great or even especially memoranle beer, but it goes quite nicely on a hot, hot night with a Gyro eaten on the patio of a Greek restaurant.
