Ungstrup (10415), Frederiksberg, Denmark Aug 28, 2005 An amber beer with a light brown head. The aroma is sweet with notes of caramel and hops. The flavor is hoppy - my guess is Goldings, which gives it a slight dusty flavor. omhper (9704), Stockholm, Sweden Feb 17, 2005 Draught at Ardbeg Room, Stockholm.
Dark copper colour, rich firm head. Juicy grapefruity hop aroma. Sweet and richly malty, some cookie malt, near full bodied. The mouthfeel is on the clean side. It’s very hoppy, but has sufficient malt to balance it. Very bitter finish. Papsoe (9242), Frederiksberg, Denmark Aug 16, 2005 (Bottle 50 cl) Clear, dark amber with a small, off-white head. The typical, fresh Närke aromatic, hoppy nose. Light caramel malt but almost drowned by an overwhelming bitterness. This one was not in balance in my humble opinion. 120805 sk8viking (5995), Copenhagen, Denmark Aug 23, 2005 Updated: Aug 27, 2006Bottle. Brown colour with a baige head. Malty barnyard hoppy aroma and a hay bitter taste. Medium body and a light bitter dry finish. 5-3-5-3-12
