Draught. Hazy dark amber colour. Aroma is some resin and pine needles together with some malty bread. Flavour is just like aroma - some resin, pine needles and some malty bread. Some bitterness in the finish.

Jul 16, 2008 On tap @ Bishops Arms, Karlstad 08/06/26. This is a favourite of mine, I’ve never tasted anything better in this particular style. The aroma is fruity, hoppy and nutty. Some pine needle? Taste is even better; nuts, some caramel, extremely good grapefruit/citrus bitterness which remains a long time after the beer is finished. Behind all this you can imagine a slight note of sweet berries like raspberries and wild strawberries. Overall this is great stuff, you can feel the craft behind this beer.

Jul 4, 2008 Tap in Suuret Oluet (Great Beers) in Lahti 4.7. Very balanced delicious bitterness with honeyish malts. Light copper slightly hazy with a HUGE beige head. damn good! a bit watery. Eukalyptus-like freshness

May 18, 2008 Draught, Glenfiddich Warehouse # 68, Stockholm, Sweden. Appears darker than expected, a rich bronze-almost brown colored beer with full foam. Juicy hop nose with sweet malts. Quite a lot of depth in the yeast and malt components, producing a variety of fruit flavors. Not a lot of describable hop character, but present. Finishes clean and lasts well in the mouth. My first Narke beer. Extremely high in quality.

May 4, 2008 Fad. Mørk øl med et fint skum. Rigtig god humlet duft og en fin balance, der virkelig lægger op til en overordentlig god sessionbeer. Virkelig solidt håndværk der varmt kan anbefales.

May 3, 2008 On tap @ Bishop’s Arms, Karlstad. Good as usual from Närke Kulturbryggeri, a very good bitter that i really would like to drink more of. Nutty and butterscotch flavors. Very enjoyable!
