Draught. Red hazy with white head. Fruity ale, rubber? A heavy ale may you call it. A bit sweet, from the alcohol? Hops and a good body.

Oct 8, 2008 EBF2008. It’s a dark, red amber color and the head is small and lasting. The aroma has notes of caramel, malt and both light and darker fruits. The flavour has sweetness and notes of caramel, light and dark fruits, hints of spice and licorice. The finish has a nice bitterness. A nice beer.

Oct 4, 2008 On tap at EBF 08. Chestnut, lasting beige head. American hoppy aroma. Good aroma, some malt in mouth, some sweaty sox. It’s like an American strong. Nice, I liked it, slightly sweet fruity malty and touch of strawberry jam.

Oct 2, 2008 Cask at EBF Copenhagen 2008 ... Deep brown ... sweet toffee malts and a little dark fruit in nose ... little meaty ... lots of soft malt fruits ... nice mouthfeel and sweet caramalised malts.

Aroma is nicely balanced oak and sherry with spicy toffee malt, plenty of pine hops, and a hint of lemon. Very reddish brown with a thick, off-white ring. Nutty and watery flavour with watermelon and very bitter walnut. Citrusy notes with some bitter orange. Too bitter, thin and watery.

Sep 29, 2008 Draft at Stockholm Beer Festival. An amber beer with no head. The aroma is sweet with notes of alcohol, malt, and caramel. The flavor is sweet with notes of over ripe fruits, yeast, hops, and malt as well as alcohol that leaves a burn on the tongue, before a dry bitter finish sets in.
