Ungstrup (10863), Frederiksberg, Denmark Oct 8, 2004 An unclear brown beer with a small disappearing light brown head. The aroma is sweet with notes of chocolate, roasted bread, and hints of smoke. The flavor is very smoked combined with notes of roasted bread. omhper (10145), Stockholm, Sweden May 28, 2003 Sampled draught at Svensk Fatölsfestival, Nynäshamn
Very black with brown head. Aroma of licorice and chocolate. Sweet, roasty and very malty, rounded and really sodt. Notes of sour malt, grass and licorice in a finsih with balanced bitterness. A big and very complex beer, being the pilot brew from a brewery being built up. I am mightily impressed, and wish the all luck in the future!
