Flavour is coffeeish and roasted malt along with dark chocolate and some caramellish hints. Strong dark chocolate and roasted coffee in aftertaste. Very pleasant.

Lovely mild sweetness and goes down very smooth with a slightly dry aftertaste. Rich chocolate, condensed milk, floral hops, a bit vinous and nutty, light coffee and molasses, complex and definitely Nogne. Medium/light body with silky tingling carbonation. Aroma is sweet and coffee with hints of liquorice. Strong, bittersweet, coffee, dark chocolate and liquorice taste. Oily and quite full-bodied. Dry, long and roasted mouthfeel. An excellent porter. Finger width of beige head. Toffee aromas with hints of cocoa, toast and mild anise. Solid nose! Rather full bodied with a sticky malt character. Coffee and bittersweet chocolate flavors. Cookies and dark berries. Sticky with a mild tart and bitter palate. Decent hop palate. Mild vanilla creaminess. Mild raisin note. Good rolling palate, but on the sweet side. Low effervescence and mild acidity. Almost a Baltic style, but hoppier. Totally tasty!
