Smooth balanced taste with sweet fruits and slighty undetoned hops. Nice drink for those long summerdays.
harrisoni (5382), Ashford, Kent, England Oct 4, 2008 Bottle at EBF 08. Gold, lasting beige head. Perfumed hoppy, sherbert, bit of grass, bit of yeast. That is very drinkable if not overly complex. Good drying finish though. Some toffee and body, good balance. Bov (4659), Bienne, Switzerland Sep 24, 2008 courtesy of oh6gdx - clear golden-bronze colour with no foam left; shows an oily flowery hoppiness with notes of quince; fresh and clean palate; medium-bodied maintained by a subtle carbonation; a bit soapy, dry and decently bitter finish, very flowery with some fruity notes - an unusually soft danish IPA Mitch_Wayne (113), Kokkola, Finland Aug 15, 2008 Huh this is strangely ull bodied stuff. But I need some more hops and bitterness, the name is pure false advertising. I’d take a yankie IPA any day over this but drinking this was an interesting experience anyhow... Pinball (605), Allerød, Denmark Jun 18, 2008 bottle 0.6cl irma. Aroma a bit weak for an ipa, but what thre is, is oaky. looks great, very clear and nice off-white head. flaveor is sweet, sugar, honey, and a little hoppy bitterness. flavor is a little bit watery, esp. if it is cold. sort of like if a very good ipa had been mixed with water. alc. totally hidden, very drinkable. when it has heated up a bit it’s a totally different beer, much better. Plimmer (243), Frederiksberg, Denmark Jun 10, 2008 Bottle 60cl. Clear orange/amber body with medium size off white head. Hops and alcohol in the nose. Thick body with lots of alcohol in the flavour. Oily aftertaste. One of the worst danish IPA i have testet.
