Jun 1, 2008 Light golden with a creamy head. The aroma is inviting, hoppy with notes of citrus and a touch of caramel. The flavour is nicely hopped with notes of spruce, mange, papaya, pine, citrus and sweet caramel. The finish has a piny touch and is quite dry. I’m impressed by all the flavour in this only 5.5% beer, it’s really, really nice!

Pours lightly hazy yellow-golden with a small, creamy, lightly off-white head. Aroma is a barrage of hops. pine, grapefruit dominate. Wonderful, dry mouthfeel. Flavour is astoundingly hoppy, pine dominates, some fruity hops to give softness. Super dryness. this is surely one of the best American style IPA’s I’ve ever had.

May 24, 2008 Tap @ Aarhus beerfestival 2008. Clear golden color, short head. Aroma of loads of hops, grapefruit, pine. Astringent bitterness. Dry crisp. Very very bitter. Bit one-dimensional.
