Jul 20, 2008 Draught @ brewpub. Dark brown, small off-white head. Roasted coffee nose, little hops. Dunkel -like. Coffeeish flavor, roasted malts. It IS a dunkel. Light to medium bodied, average, maybe a bit coarse even, carbonation.

Jun 17, 2008 Sødlig karamel, ristet malt og nødder. OK humle. Medium fyldig. God ristet og nødde eftersmag. Væsentlig bedre end mange danske Brown Ales.

May 27, 2008 Bottled, bought in Aarhus (if I remember correctly). Brown color, medium off-white head. Aroma of caramel malt, toffee, (wal)nut, hint of raisin. Malty taste, caramel and toffee again. Decent balance. Good brew.

May 26, 2008 Bottled. Aroma of toffee and caramel malts and fruitiness (raisin). Dark amber-brown coloured with an off-white, lasting head. Taste is sweet, caramel & toffee malty with dried fruits. Medium bodied & well balanced. Good brown ale.

May 26, 2008 (Bottled) Very dark ruby with a smallish, but firm head. Aroma of caramel and roasted, sourish malt. Slightly sweet, dark-toffeeish, caramely flavor with smooth, but evident hops, and some sourness. Medium-bodied, smooth-carbonated palate. A quite nice, sourish and balanced brown ale.
