fiulijn (5695), Como; Lausanne (CH); Malmö (SWE), Italy Mar 18, 2008 Draught at the brewpub Nice amber color with big head. Very strange beer, with an aroma and flavor of cream and frying oil; round body with sweet caramel flavor. A bit weird, but good.
Marsiblursi (1272), Göteborg, Sweden Jun 18, 2008 (Draught) Pours reddish copper. The aroma is malty and buttery with tones of toast and light caramel. Some floral hops and some fruitiness of tangerine and apricot. The flavour is of grassy hops, butter and toasted malt. A tiny fruitiness in the background. The finish has an elegant hop bitterness with a light dryness to back it up. Buttery aftertaste alongside a touch of grass. The mouthfeel is clean. Good balance between the bitter and the sweet tones. Medium light bodied. Thomas_E (4814), Copenhagen, Denmark May 7, 2008 Clear deep amber colour with an off white head.
