Draught @ the brewpub. Opaque orangey-yellow body. Thin and dense, shiny white head. Fresh wheaty, dry metallic lemony aroma. Acidulous citrus, crisp malts, spices and a hint of yeast in the flavor. Light-bodied. Clean palate. Very easy, very quenching.

Sep 20, 2008 Updated: Sep 30, 2008 Draught Slightly hazy golden-yellow beer with very dense yellowish head. Coriandersoup. Tons of the stuff, fake citrus. Sweet-sour taste, with heaps of coriander making it into a sickly fake orange juice. Very slick, smooth in the horrid way. Ow. Even the Belgians make better wit. Usually.

thx 4 great tasting Kimjohansen, formely known as Beljohansen :-) cloudy, light amber, notes of fruit, yeast, cirtus, weak sweet taste.

Soft banana aroma, very round and light, creamy mouth feel.
Lemon, grapefruit.
Fine summer refreshment.

Jun 20, 2008 60cl bottle: Pours lovely hazy yellow with a large lasting white head. Nose is full of herbs & spices - coriander & medicine. Yeast, wheat, banana & cloves. Lively carbonation. Quite fresh but perhaps a little too spiced for my likings. Overall well made & authentic witbier!
