Bottle looks good. Beer in the glass very zippy, huge head. Starts mild but not washy, more spicy than dry. Fine grasy notes. Finish more moldy, still grasy, well balanced, modest sweet. Quite drinkable. Nice!

Aroma has lots of butter, some sweetish malt and hints of honey. Flavour is also filled with butter. Some honey, hay and hints of malt too. A bit different still from the czech butter bombs.

It’s golden with a creamy, white head. The aroma has notes of straw, grain and malt. The flavor has a light sweetness and a slightly harsh bitterness with notes of straw, grain, malt, and the finish is bitter and slightly dry.

Sorry for the german rating, but this is a lousy rating from my "newbie" time (2007-2009), and it’s not worth of being translated. I just added it for the statistics, and to complete my backlog!
Das Bier im Glas ist in Ordnung. Könnte etwas besser perlen. Die Blume zerfällt recht schnell. Geruchlich wirds dominiert von Malz-Aromen. Genau so auch der Antrunk. Sehr malzig. Der Mittelteil ist wie schon erwähnt sehr ausgewogen. Primär malzig und dezent hopfig im Abgang. Genau so solls sein. Ein sehr gutes und süffiges Pils!!!

0.5 l bottle. Honeyish and herbal aroma with hint of metal. Honeyish, herbal, grassy and slightly toffeish flavor. Medium bitterness. Has lost some fresness, BB two weeks ahead.

Bottle: Clear, greenish-golden, small creamy + persistent head; grassy-dusty nose; sweet-bitter flavour, light to medium bodied, very soft; shy illusions of aromatic hops in the short grainy-bitter finish. Not much Pilsner-like........

(bottle) Clear, pale golden colour with a blond and persistent foamy head. Sweet and grainy malty aroma with a tinge of honey and herbal hops. Bitter-sweet flavour, light to medium bodied with a lively carbonation. Slightly grainy pale malt-character and herbal and slightly grassy hops, especially towards the bitter and slightly sweet finish. A decent German Pilsener. 28.II.11
